  • All refunds will be processed within 15 working days of being accepted.

  • Original shipping cost will not be part of the refund, only the cost of the product.

  • Returns accepted from the original purchaser only, and is not transferable.

Faulty goods - Damaged or Defective Parts

  • Products damaged during transit

  • Product is defective once installed or used

  • The part or product is faulty and was not communicated to the customer prior to purchasing.

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided to the customer at the discretion of Garage 5

Change of Mind - Decided you don’t need the part? No problems we can take it back.

  • Product is new and unused

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all ‘change of mind’ refunds

  • Originally shipping cost will not be refunded

Return Costs

  • We can supply a return label for the product to come back to us, the cost will be covered by the purchaser.

  • Drop off to either our Auckland or Christchurch branch is available.
