The part or product is faulty and was not communicated to the customer prior to purchasing.
A replacement or full refund will be provided to the customer at the discretion of Garage 5
Change of Mind - Decided you don’t need the part? No problems we can take it back.
Product is new and unused
Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer
A 10% restocking fee applies to all ‘change of mind’ refunds
Originally shipping cost will not be refunded

We can supply a return label for the product to come back to us, the cost will be covered by the purchaser.
Drop off to either our Auckland or Christchurch branch is available.
